Canson Baryta Prestige II Media is a smooth Baryta Gloss paper that evokes the look and aesthetic feel of traditional darkroom papers.
Canson Baryta Prestige Media II 340 gsm weight, 15.75 mils thickness is comprised of an acid-free alpha-cellulose and cotton white paper base with a true barium sulfate coating.
The paper has and a natural white base which is achieved without the use of artificial brightening agents (OBAs). The gloss finish of Baryta Prestige II enhances the deep blacks and pure whites and intensifies the vibrant colour gamut. The paper offers exceptional image quality, detail, and tonal range to produce superb black & white and colour images and is FSC and ISO 9706 certified.
Testing using our Custom ICC Printer Profiles indicates a Shadow Detail down to a Black Point of 3-5, and Highlight detail up to a White Point of 253, when using a Perceptual Rendering Intent.
